By using this website, You agree to be bound these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to be bound by our terms, you must not use this website for any purpose Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions, but, we reserve the right to refuse to supply goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation All goods on this site are sold as novelty items - it is totally up to you how you choose to use them. We cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Offer and acceptance
A binding contract is formed between you and fourtiers Ltd when you receive confirmation from us by e-mail, telephone or other means that your order has been despatched. Please note that regardless of the name of the website you bought products on, the contract is between you and fourtiers Ltd
Prices
The price you pay for is displayed clearly on the website and excludes Value Added Tax for UK residents, This will be added during Checkout. Taxes for overseas deliveries are your responsibility. We check the website daily to ensure that our pricing is correct. In the instance that our prices are displayed incorrectly, we will notify you of the error prior to despatch of the goods and give you the opportunity to cancel your order should you wish. Our prices are set in pounds sterling, but if you are buying from overseas you may be charged in local currency.
Delivery
All items are despatched in plain white ‘jiffy’ bags or plain cardboard boxes. We do not place any branding or identifying marks onto these packings.
If items are out of stock, you will be contacted by one of our executives who will ask you how you would like to proceed. All orders under £50.00 are sent 1st Class via the Royal Mail and incur a £2.50 picking and packing fee. Orders over this are sent by courier or Royal Mail and require a signature at the delivery point. If you instruct the courier company to leave products unattended, we will not be responsible for loss. We may charge extra for delivering goods overseas based on the weight of the parcel and the destination. All orders will be despatched in plain packaging. We reserve the right to amend our mailing policy any time
Returns / Cancellation of orders under UK law (UK customers only)
This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading as follows:
HOWEVER, i. The product(s) must be unused. We simply will not accept returned products that are opened. The product(s) must be in its original condition and in the box or packaging in which it arrived. We must receive the product within 7 days from order being completed. ii. We do not refund postage and packaging iii. Returned products that are not defective will be subject to a £2.95 handling fee. This will be deducted from your refund iv. You must also return all free products given to you by us at the time of purchase, or we will deduct the cost of those products (RRP) from your refund v. Personalised goods or made to order goods are excluded
To cancel you should telephone 0870 7777 910 or write to the following address, clearly marking the envelope "RETURNS" within seven days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You will be given a return number that must be used when returning your goods.

Any ‘returns’ address details and billing on your credit/debit card are to ‘Fourtiers Ltd’ as they maintain our site and web site billing.
Data Protection "Safe & Secure Ordering"
We use WorldPay to take payment for items online. This is via a secure server and we do not keep records of any card details. The WorldPay system checks the address that the card is registered to against the address given for delivery – if you would like the order to be delivered to a different name/address, please email us with these details as soon as you have made the purchase.
Please note: We may ask for verification of ID to safeguard your card against online fraud, please do not take offence!
Our online ordering system is more secure than handing over your card details in any restaurant or shop, however if you would prefer not to order online, please `phone us on 0870 7777 910 with your order & card details, or select the Pay by mail Option within the checkout page for Bank Transfer or send a cheque or postal order (made payable to fourtiers Ltd) to the following address:

Fourtiers holds your order details on a secure database for the purpose of fulfilling orders. Your credit card details are not held by Fourtiers and cannot be accessed after an order has been placed
Unlawful Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law. |
