How can I order the products I want?

• Online

Browse FTmicro by clicking on the product categories on the left of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you have found a product you want to buy, click on add a smaller window will then appear, check the details are correct and select ok to continue shopping having added it to your basket or ok go to checkout to purchase your items.

The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the top of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically. Remember that all FTmicro prices exclude VAT and that delivery is only to the UK, please call for International orders.

When you have finished shopping or any any time you would like to view your cart, click the 'Your Basket' link from here you can view your items and proceed to the simple and secure payment process.

Whilst in the Checkout page you can enter any promotional coupons, select delivery type either Royal Mail 1st class or Special Delivery, and then chose your payment option.

Online Payment options

"Paypal's payment Gateway" Once you have confirmed your items and entered your contact details you will be redirected to Paypal's secure server for payment to be taken.

"Pay by Mail" (default option) if you do not want to enter your credit card details using Worldpays secure server then chose this option, once you have confirmed your items and entered your contact details you will be taken to a confirmation page, from here you can print your proforma invoice. as soon as we receive payment we will ship your goods.

• By Telephone

If you'd rather not place your order online, you can order over the phone.

You don't need to read out the names of the products when you order, so it's safe to order within earshot of colleagues and co-workers!

You can add items to the basket in the usual way and select the "Pay by Mail" option, print this out or take a note of the "order" number, call us on 0870 7777 910  to place your order quoting your Order no: which is displayed on the top of the order confirmation page.
